What is your return policy?

 

Our return policy is extended only when goods are returned in a resalable condition with price tags intact and a valid receipt.

 

On full-price merchandise:

 

Return can be done within 35 days of purchase. The return can be done online from home, or at the nearest offline store. The refund will be processed according to the original mode of payment as per the details given below.

       - Card: Directly credited to the card used for purchase

       - Wallets: Directly credited into the source wallet (Only applicable for online returns)

       - Gift Vouchers, Loyalty Points or if any other mode payment is used, a refund will be offered as a credit in your account

Return on ‘Reduced Price’ merchandise:

 

Return can be done within 14 days of purchase. The same procedure for return and refund is applicable.

 

Exclusions from the return policy:

 

The following items are excluded from our return policy:

Beauty, Knickers, Knicker Packs, Swimwear, Shapewear, Toiletries, Jewellery, personalised items and/or any products with a broken seal. Some of the items may have their terms and conditions which will be product-specific.

Items on final reduction, priced at 590 or below, are non-returnable

Please note that merchandise can only be returned for refunds if they are unused and have all the price tags available.

 

 

When do I receive a refund?

 

You can place a return request online from the My Account section. Our courier partner will pick up the product from you within 3 days and shall process the refund once we receive the product in our warehouse. The pickup to refund processing takes around 15 days. We will also send a confirmation email to you on the refund processing

Cancellation Policy

 

Your rights to cancel

We guarantee offers a 100% satisfaction promise, so if you don't like any of your purchases for whatever reason, simply return them within 28 days and we'll give you a replacement or your money back (special terms apply to certain products). We guarantee in addition to your statutory rights.

In addition to the rights granted by us above, you have a statutory right to cancel your order at any stage after acceptance of your order by us, and up to 14 days after receipt. Please note, this right to cancel does not apply to items that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery (unless they are faulty). If you wish to cancel your order following your statutory rights, complete the form found on the Returns Policy page and send it via email. Alternatively, if you have already received the items, just follow the returns process set out on that page.

We are under a legal duty to supply products that conform with the contract. If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the product repaired or replaced or to get some or all of your money back).
